1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CropToolPro ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all users of the App.

2. Use at Your Own Risk

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. The developer of CropToolPro shall not be responsible or liable for:

• Any loss, corruption, or damage to your files or data
• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the App
• Any personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or harmful components transmitted through the App
• Any loss or damage incurred as a result of using the App
• App crashes, freezes, or unexpected behavior
• Incorrect results from PDF or image processing
• Data loss due to device issues or App errors

3. No Warranty

CropToolPro makes NO WARRANTY that:

• The App will meet your requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

The developer is NOT responsible for any damage to your device, files, or data resulting from use of the App.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER OF CROPTOOLPRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data
• Damages resulting from any third-party conduct

This limitation applies even if the developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. User Responsibilities

You, the user, are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining backups of your important files before using the App
• Ensuring you have the right to process any files using the App
• Using the App only for lawful purposes
• Any content you process, create, or share using the App
• Compliance with all applicable local, state, and national laws

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services (Google AdMob, Google ML Kit). The developer is NOT responsible for the practices, content, or privacy policies of these third-party services. Use of these services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

7. Advertisements

CropToolPro is free and supported by advertisements via Google AdMob. The developer is NOT responsible for the content of advertisements displayed in the App. All ad content is controlled by Google AdMob.

8. Intellectual Property

All files you process using the App remain your property. The developer does not claim any ownership over files processed through the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer of CropToolPro from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

The developer reserves the right to discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without notice or liability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
